TAMFI is inviting qualified and capable individuals to apply for the post of the Executive Director for the association. TAMFI wishes to recruit individual with outstanding competence in managing microfinance and/or international organizations and is able to prepare business proposals,plans and reports. The suitable candidate will have good communication and personal management skills.
DUTIES OF RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
1.Main duties
The executive director iks the head of the secretariat/management and leads the team to achieve organization's vision, by implementing strategies ,policies, and goals which are set/approved by the TAMFI Board of Directors.The Executive Director is responsible for day to day operations of the association ie responsible for attainment of operational goals and targets
2.Specific duties

- Lead the organization in providing effective service to its members and other stakeholders
- Provide professional advice to the board
- Develop and recommend appropriate policies for Board's consideration
- Implement all policies adopted by the Board
- Prepare and submit to the board reports regarding the implementation status of programs and projects
- Identify TAMFI needs and develop programs to attain organization's vision
- Develop operations plans and budgets
- Effectively manage the operations and assets of the organization on a day to day basis
- Maintain a good working relationship with members and stakeholders
- Plans ,organize and implement the fund raising strategy for the network
- Solicit,develop and maintain relationships within network and with donors and offer stakeholders
- Timely communication to all partners
contract:- 3 years ,renewable-subject to good performance
