QUALIFICATIONS:
- Holder of a first Degree or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or any other related field from a recognized university.
- At least five (5) years experience in relevant field in Public and / or Private Sectors.
- Knowledge and skills in programming using either visual basic, PHP, Java or any other relational database in client/server environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to supervise, train and coach staff in relevant skills.
- Self motivated with integrity and high level of confidentiality
