Technician
Duty Station:Amani Research Centre
Qualifications and Experience:
- Holder of Form IVNI national Examination Certificate with Full Technician Certificate(FTC) or its equivalent from a recognized Institution
- Five years working experience in a reputable organization
Duties and Responsibilities:
- To provide technical assistance and resolution when electrical or engineering problems are encountered before, during and after construction
- To assemble electrical and electronic systems and photo types according to engineering data
- To install and maintain electrical control systems and solid state equipment
- To set up and operate test equipment to evaluate performance
- To build, calibrate, maintain, troubleshoot and repair electrical instruments or testing equipment
- To perform specified craft which require skilled knowledge
- To perform any other related duties assigned
