Duties and Responsibility
• Be the accreditation champion, guiding and driving all the staffs to follow the quality management leading to and maintaining laboratory accreditation.
• Development and implementation and reviewing of quality management system
• Supervising all the quality officers
• To compile and distribute of performance reports for management review
• To perform any other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Degree/Advanced Diploma in Medical Laboratory Sciences with specialization in one discipline plus not less than three years of post-qualification experience
• Registered with Tanzania Medical Health Practitioners Council
• Three years experience in quality assurance activities
Knowledge and Skill
• Work requires strong oral and written skills in English
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Requires teaching skills
• Skill in data display and oral presentation
• Self motivation
• Good computer skills
• Formal training in quality improvement methodology preferred
