· Computer literate – well versed with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint (added advantage)
· Good communication skills
· Strong Interpersonal skills
· Personally credible
· Integrity and approachability
· Well versed with employment laws and industrial relations
· Experience in office operations and administration
· Experience in payroll processing
· Team motivator and ability to lead by example.
· High level of attention to detail
CTC- Approx 1.5m depending on ability and experience of the candidate.
