Job Vacancy: Training Manager
Qualifications:
- 2 – 4 years experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel or resort, preferably in East Africa
- Human Resources policies and procedures knowledge
- Thorough knowledge of modern learning and development tools and techniques
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop interpersonal relationships
- Proficiency, at an intermediate level, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Word, Powerpoint
- Exceptional presentation and grooming
