Job opening for an Office Manager with a good financial background, the person will be responsible for all the full administration functions in the office, especially the following (as per the job description):
1) Managing internal logistical processes effectively (Stock, transport, back orders etc)
2) Prepare documents and facilitate the annual audit process with external auditors from start to completion
3) To liaise with auditors and local authorities in order to resolve queries and handle requests
4) On monthly basis report to Head Office on the Management Accounts
5) Assist in the preparation of forecasts and budgets for the branch
6) To prepare accurate quotes and keep price lists up to date and provide support to the sales team
7) To reconcile and do journals for payments every month (Import and Exports)
8) To deal with account queries and stock issues, Transport charges, discounts ect
9) To manage full debtors and creditors accounts function
10) To prepare forward Revenue Forecasts and reports in liaison with General manager to obtain and capture relevant information
11) To make all travel arrangements for the division by co-ordinating with travel agents.
12) To manage forex and process expense claims form the division
13) To manage petty cash
14) Manage and purchase stationary for branch
The Salary is between 4.3 and 4.7 M TZS negotiable.
