Authors Position: Vice Branch Director In Charge of Public Relations
Reporting to: Branch Director
Workstation: Pwani Branch
Duties and Responsibilities
Preside
over construction on behalf Director of Branch
Weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly plan of Branch for the whole Branch for
sectors: Admin, labour relations in Branch, Public Relation.
Assign work, train, guide, check, supervise and evaluate the performance of employees within management scope.
Support
Director of Branch to capture ideas of employees, explain policies of
the Company to make all employees feel comfortable at work.
Directly resolve conflict about labor relations in Branch.
Look for local employees, train and instruct them in order to build a ready substitute team for managerial positions.
Set
up, maintain and develop relationships with partners, agencies,
Ministries/Divisions/Organizations at the Provincial Branch under
management in order to facilitate production & business process
of the Branch.
Resolve arise matter in Branch: Rent difficult side, arise matter with land owner, with local government…
Perform other duties assigned by superior
Qualifications
At least Bachelor Degree in social sciences
At least 2 years working experience in managerial position
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Must understand and have strong connection with the Government authorities
Working in the Government sector is an added advantage
