Position: Human Resources Officer

Duties and Responsibilities:
o Initiates staff performance appraisal and promotion exercise.
o Processes leave, transfers, staff loans, disciplinary measures and terminal benefits.
o Identification of training needs.
o Ensure excellent records and upkeep of office Assets
o Ensure that good staff relations are maintained.
o Ensure Pension scheme ie NSSF, PPF etc is dealt with accordingly
o Collecting, keeping and updating personnel data and information (HR audit).
o Drafting of policies, internal circulars, letters
o Perform any other related duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or Public Administration.
Experience: At least two years working experience in reputable organization in the related field.
Salary: Negotiable but very attractive
