Position: Business Development Officer
Place: TIB Development Bank Limited
Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support to driving different business engagements and initiatives across the Bank in conjunction with the Head of the Department.
- Provide support to promoting a pro-business mindset and culture in the Bank's environment.
- Provide support to developing, orchestrating and implementing effective internal and external business strategies.
- Provide support to coordinating the strategic performance planning process across the Bank.
- Maintain good working relationships with other divisions, zones and departments as well as external stakeholders.
- Carry out any other duties assigned to him/her by supervisor.
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or related discipline from a recognized University/ Institution.
- At least two (2) years relevant work experience in business development and/or relationship banking.
- Must be a team player, very well self motivated and able to manage and priotize work load with minimum supervision.
- Strong written and oral communication skills with ability to write documentation in a concise and focused style.
- Strong analytical and report writing skills.
- Should have computer skills.
