1. SENIOR LEGAL MANAGER
Responsibilities
We seek a well-qualified legal professional to provide legal opinions and advice. The candidate will assist in reviewing Micro-finance Act and the employee Act, as well as various regulations; and advise on drafting of contracts, agreements and other legal documents. He/she will also act as Counsel in Court proceedings and liaise with the Attorney-General's Chambers and external lawyers on legal matters.
The candidate should have a Honours Degree with at least 5 years' experience in legal work, admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor, as well as hold a practicing certificate granted by the Supreme Court of Tanzania. He/She should possess competent knowledge of contract law, tort, land law, administrative law, criminal law and legal drafting.

2. HEAD OF REGION
Job purpose
To be the Head of Bayport operations in the assigned Region, responsible for all aspects of the business and ensure that Bayport business strategy is being execute properly in the Region. To ensure achievement of sales (Turnover) and Collection (Cash) objectives in the assigned region are being met and the correct implementation of company strategy through effective coordination of all activities in the branches of the region, sales consultants and administration staff to achieving above target sales and collection growth.

Responsibilities
- Ultimately responsible for the general well-being and day-to-day operational issues in the assigned Region
- Attain sales objectives as set in monthly KPI's and budget for the Region.
- Attain the targeted collection rate for the entire Region.
- Main liaison person between Bayport Upper Management and Operation in the Region.
- Recruitment of branch managers and administration staff.
- Increase the number of Sales Consultants and Senior Sales Consultants in assigned Region.
- Train and mentor all Staff and Sales Consultant in the Region.
- Ensure correct implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Ensure effective training is given to assigned teams to perform effectively and competently.
- Actively seek innovative means to capturing new customers and retaining existing customers.
- Review and analyze daily and weekly sales & collection reports for the Zone
- Make periodic visits to assigned zonal territories, to ensure effective implementation of the company's sales/marketing and collection strategy.
- Ensure all Branches are kept up to standard and all procedures and employee conduct in the branch are professional at all times.
- It will also be your responsibility to ensure that all administrative functions are up to date, regulations are complied with and that the highest standard of debtor's book quality is maintained by applying the Credit Policy strictly.
3. SATELLITE BRANCH SUPERVISOR
Responsibilities

- Main liaison person between Bayport and local stakeholders
- Recruitment of Sales Consultants and Senior Sales Consultants in assigned Branch.
- Train and mentor all Staff and Sales Consultant in the Branch.
- Ensure correct implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
- Actively seek innovative means to capturing new customers and retaining existing customers
- Review and analyze daily and weekly sales & collection reports for the Branch.
