Our client-A leading beverage industry is looking for Bottling& Technical service Manager
Requisites for the successful candidate:-
a.Ensures the streamlined operation of the Production and Engineering Functions in alignment with the business objectives of the organization.
b.Ensure product availability in all locations in order to achieve company’s set targets.
c.Implement appropriate preventive maintenance systems across all locations.
d.Monitor and maintain all equipments (including company fleet) and machinery across all locations.
e.Identify new low cost/high quality sources of supplies by negotiating with both local and external vendors.
f.Plan and execute CAPEX projects across all locations.
g.Build capable manpower by ensuring proper training where needed.
h.Should have Degree in Mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or production engineering.
i.Should have 15 years work experience in production/maintenance in various process/engineering companies with at least 10 years in beverage industry exposure at a managerial level.
