The National Institute for Productivity (NIP) is a training. consulting and research organization under the Ministry of Labour and Employment. The main objectives of NIP include the following:-
- To promote productivity improvement in enterprises and organizations and spread productivity consciousness in Tanzania
- To improve performance, efficiency and effectiveness of work in the public, private and informal sector organizations through consultancy, research and training.
- To improve management skills and know-how in an effort to meet existing and future demands of manpower
- To publish and disseminate management literature produced in connection with the work of the Institute
POSITION: MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT I
QUALIFICATIONS
- At least a Master Degree or its equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, Human Resource Management or any related field from a recognised higher learning Institution
- At least 10 years experience in training, research and consultancy activities in reputable organizations
- Strong supervision and team building skills
- Good organization and multiple tasking skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Swahili
- Good Interpersonal and Communication skills
- Strong personal and professional references
- Computer literate
REMUNERATION
Salary scale of NIP 11 and fringe benefits

Not above 45 years
