Finance Officer – Shinyanga

Pathfinder is seeking highly motivated and self driven staff to join a dynamic team to support integrated HIV/AIDS and RH/FP projects supported by CDC and private foundations based in Dar, Arusha, and Shinyanga.


Qualifications and requirements:
a. Possesses a BA/B.com degree from a recognized university in Accounting, Finance or Management. Advanced degree or professional qualifications registration such as CPA, ACCA, and CIMA is preferred.
b. A minimum of three years’ experience in financial/grants management for public health NGOs or related projects, two of them at a comparable level of responsibility.
c. Ability to work well with people from diverse cultures and communicate effectively.
d. Experience with U. S. government contracts and/or federal (USAID or CDC) procurement regulations desirable
e. Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint preferred. Applicants with knowledge of ACCPAC sage accounting package will have added advantage.
