What your responsibilities are going to be:
Find new customers: generating leads and direct sales for the local
market. Creating a network of stable clients that use the platform on a
current basis.
Marketing activities: Implementing the marketing strategy with two
objectives – creating awareness for WorkInAfrica.com among potential
clients and bringing candidates on the portal.
Administrative activities: Tracking contract signing with the clients,
sending invoices and making sure the invoices are paid.
Managing the platform locally: you will be responsible for setting-up the
clients on the platform, daily management and first level support.
Strategic input: We want you to be part of the business and have an impact
at all levels, including the strategic one.

What are we looking for:
- 1-2 years of experience in selling services
- very good English language skills
- strong motivation for developing a career in sales
- excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- proactive and results oriented attitude
- dynamic, smart and motivated individuals
- good PC skills, use of Internet knowledge, MS Office (Word, Excel,
PowerPoint)
- very good phone sales abilities
- experience in fund-raising for student NGOs – nice to have
- experience in selling HR services, online advertising, or previously
worked in telesales - nice to have
- business academic background - nice to have
