POSITION: RECEPTIONIST 

Purpose of the Job

To attend visitors and make sure that they are directed to the respective offices.

Major Activities of the Job
-Attend and register to all visitors by directing them to the respective offices.
-Ensure that the reception area is clean and tidy all times.
-Assist visitors and take messages where necessary.
-Forward messages to appropriate offices.
-Report any bad events occurring in his/her place of work.
-Perform any other duties assigned by supervisor

Minimum Job Requirements

Qualification


Form VI. Certificate in Front Office Management or any relevant qualification from a recognised institution

Experience
At least Six (6) months of experience in a large organisation.
Experience in Customer Care and Front Office Management skills will be an added advantage.

GENERAL
